Please allow approximately twenty weeks for order fulfillment and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Please note that timelines are flexible and not reflective of delays, including those that result from additional work needed to products, Buyer acknowledges that seller (Lavender Ducky Designs) retains the right to use photos of these products in marketing, social media posts, advertising and miscellaneously as they see fit. Payment serves as buyer acknowledgement that deposit fee, and any payments are non refundable. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of funds. Custom products (any products not from the Ready to Ship Collection) are nonrefundable. Lavender Ducky Designs will make efforts to resolve dissatisfied customers, however refunds are at the discretion of Lavender Ducky Designs. Lavender Ducky Designs will make every effort to dry flowers in a manner, and select flowers that will fit into the client's purchased shapes and advise clients on complications but is not responsible for flowers causing the surface to be uneven or change in color/discoloration/bruising of the flowers. Lavender Ducky Designs is not responsible for damage to flowers during postal transit. Not all flowers will be used from the bouquet, unless previously arranged with client. Unused flowers and vases will not be returned to the client unless otherwise arranged. Gift cards are non refundable but ARE transferrable. Orders placed utilizing gift cards must still meet minimum ordering requirements. Purchase/booking serves as client acknowledgement of these terms and conditions.
